Bacancy Services Private Limited is looking for a skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer with solid experience in React.js and Node.js. If you enjoy creating scalable, high-performance web applications and working in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment, this role is perfect for you.

You will be responsible for developing end-to-end web solutions, from designing intuitive front-end interfaces to building efficient back-end APIs. You’ll work with a talented team, follow Agile/Scrum practices, and contribute to building applications that are responsive, maintainable, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend).
• Implement clean, efficient, and reusable user-facing features.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless frontend-backend communication.
• Work with MySQL and MongoDB to design and manage databases.
• Ensure cross-device responsiveness and high performance.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and developers to deliver top-quality features.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for development, testing, and deployment.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing systems.
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies for iterative, high-quality development.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in full stack development using React.js and Node.js.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture and server-side development.
• Proficiency in state management and modern JavaScript features.
• Experience working in Agile teams and following best coding practices.
